How do I choose the right size?

Our pieces have a relaxed, generous cut. Measure your bust, waist and hips and pick the size that matches in the size guide on each product page — the chart already allows for the relaxed cut, so you do not need to size down. Between two sizes? Choose the one that fits your largest measurement, or email us your measurements.

Where do I find the measurements?

Open the Size guide on the product page for the full XS–3XL / EU 36–48 / US 4–16 chart with body measurements in cm and inches. Still unsure? Email us your bust, waist and hip measurements and we will recommend a size.

Do you ship to the United States and worldwide?

Yes. We ship worldwide from Istanbul, Türkiye. Estimated delivery: United States 7–12 business days, Europe & UK 5–10, Gulf countries 6–12 (plus 1–3 business days processing).

Are customs duties and taxes included?

Yes. Every order ships Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): import duties, taxes and customs handling are paid by Limsa Club and already included in the price. You pay nothing on delivery and never deal with customs.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit (+10% bonus) or an exchange. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are refunded in full to your original payment method. Items must be unworn with tags attached. Email us to start a return.

How do I care for the fabric?

Our chiffon is delicate: gentle cold hand-wash or a delicate machine cycle in a laundry bag, do not tumble dry, cool iron on reverse, avoid bleach.

Do you offer free or express shipping?

Shipping is free on every order, to every destination we serve. Need an item by a specific date? Email us before ordering and we will confirm the fastest option and the delivery window.
