Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your Limsa Club purchase. Because our items are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Istanbul, Turkiye, we have designed a clear and fair returns process.
This policy applies to purchases made on limsa.club only.
Return Request Timeframes
Domestic orders, within the same country as delivery:
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
International orders:
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Requests made after these timeframes may not be accepted.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:
Unworn, unused, and in original condition
All original tags attached
No stains, damage, odors, or signs of wear
Returned in original packaging and suitable for resale
Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and sent back at the customer's expense.
Refunds, Store Credit & Exchanges
Change-of-mind or sizing issues are not eligible for refunds.
In these cases, we offer store credit or exchange only.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items:
Please contact us at info@limsa.club within 7 days of delivery.
Once verified, we will cover return shipping and offer a refund, replacement, or store credit, as required.
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
Processing Times
Once your return is received and inspected at our Istanbul operations center, we aim to review and process the outcome within 2 business days.
Store credit and approved exchanges are issued within 1-2 business days of approval.
Where a refund applies for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, the approved amount is returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after inspection. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.
Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind or sizing returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, including any customs or handling fees.
For faulty or incorrect items, Limsa Club will cover reasonable return shipping costs once the issue is confirmed.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer law.

The item or items you wish to return
Reason for return
Photos or videos, required for faulty or damaged items
Approved returns will receive return instructions. Items sent without prior approval may be refused.
Exchanges
Most exchanges are processed as store credit plus a new order.
Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued so you can place a new order for your preferred size or style.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country. Where local laws require refunds or specific procedures, those laws will apply.
