Limsa Club ships internationally from our operations center in Istanbul, Türkiye. We work with reliable international carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

This shipping policy applies to purchases made on limsa.club only.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, special campaigns), processing times may be slightly extended.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and carrier operations.

United States: approximately 7–12 business days

Europe & United Kingdom: approximately 5–10 business days

Gulf countries: approximately 6–12 business days

Other international destinations: delivery times may vary

Delivery times do not include order processing time.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Any shipping promotions or discounts will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Limsa Club is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

Peak seasons or public holidays

Such delays are outside of our control and do not automatically qualify for refunds or cancellations.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

If a package is refused or unclaimed, any return shipping costs or fees may be deducted from a refund or store credit, where applicable.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@limsa.club within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage.

If a package is confirmed as lost in transit, we will assist with the carrier investigation.

Resolutions may include replacement or store credit, depending on the outcome of the carrier investigation.
